**Functie**:
De Warehouse Officer is verantwoordelijk voor een goed verloop van het logistiek proces. Je volgt de inkomende materiaalstromen op voor de diverse projecten in lijn met de instructies.
**Een greep uit jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden**:
- Je staat in voor het voorraadbeheer.
- Je dient de materialen klaar te zetten per werkorder. Daarnaast dien je ook de materiaallijsten af te sluiten per werkorder.
- Je zal alle magazijntransacties digitaal moeten registreren.
- Je staat in voor de inrichting van het magazijn met een zo hoog mogelijke efficiëntie.
- Je zal de heftruck in het magazijn bedienen.
**De ideale kandidaat**:
Je hebt oog voor detail en een **grote dosis administratieve nauwkeurigheid**. Je haalt e**nergie uit het beheren van voorraad en logistieke processen**. Je kan omgaan met **deadlines of onverwachte situaties**. Je kunt zelfstandig werken, maar functioneert ook uitstekend als **teamspeler** binnen het magazijnteam.
- Je hebt bij voorkeur (technische) materiaalkennis. Je kan overweg met MS Office en Outlook om de logistieke handelingen op te volgen en te documenteren.
- Je hebt reeds ervaring in een logistieke functie opgebouwd.
- Je beheerst het Nederlands zeer goed. Kennis van Frans en/of Engels is een troef.
- Je bent flexibel op vlak van tijd. Indien nodig vormen overuren geen problemen voor jou.
- Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B. Indien je over een heftruckattest beschikt is dit een pluspun_t._
