Mission:


Translates for each commercial period the
B2B Commercial Plan into a Go-To-Market delivery plan & ensure it is implemented End-to-End, establishes & steers control mechanisms to ensure consistency & quality of campaigns delivery in all channels.


Key responsabilities:

  • Acts as Commercial Period Manager for each commercial period creating a detailed Go-To_market delivery plan & ensures end2end implementation
  • Steers;
- per commercial period (4-6 weeks) & per to-be-launched commercial-project - a 'virtual' - launch-team (task force) of marketing & sales experts

  • Defines & consolidates all inputs and deliverables in an endtoend macroplanning/timeline which will be the driving line for all sales channel related operations, actions and communications to guarantee operational excellence & to ensure Go-ToMarket in due time
  • Provides per project/launch a segmented tasks/timing/needs checklist that is used as a reference document in the distribution launch process
  • Guarantees that commercial channel launch process, requirements and timeline are respected
  • Provides a weekly reporting about the (operational) status of the projects and after every launch a Post Mortem to the members of the Task Force and management
  • Coordinates communication to the channels
  • Organizes & coordinates for each commercial period different communication platforms where marketing & sales & communication stakeholders presents their strategy for the commercial period
  • Ensures all sales channels are informed in due time on content of upcoming actions within the commercial period, by coordinating briefing to virtual content teams
  • Ensure management of transversal topics by managing dedicated meeting with key stakeholders to ensure the go to market strategy and implementation (Soho, B2C, COM, digital, SMA/CMA MKT teams,...
  • Major interactions:

Operational people:
daily interactions with all Marketing & Channel Operations team members and with COM, digital and web expert.

Professionals/experts:

daily interactions with other specialists and experts within the EBU department (Offer managers, Customer value Proposition Managers, Marketing Portfolio Managers, Channel/Trade Marketeers, Commercial Information Specialists, Trainers, Sales).


Operational management:
weekly interactions, reporting

Senior management:
close interaction with EBU staff for coordination, alignment & information sharing purposes.

Profil*:

  • Thorough knowledge of retailing in Belgian Market/B2B Belgian Market (segments,...)
  • Thorough knowledge of distribution marketing and communication
  • Thorough knowledge of commercial distribution aspects
  • University degree in applied economics preferably in marketing
  • At least 2 years experience in a (trade)marketing/communication role in a retail environment, preferably in telecom
