Dan ben jij de planner van medewerkers voor keukenprofielen die we zoeken
"Wij" zijn Flying Service, Kitchenstaff, Djobz, Resto Chez Moi, Flying Supreme en Hels - allemaal onderdeel van de groep Flying Alliance.
Onze kantoren bevinden zich in Antwerpen, Leuven, Gent, Kortrijk, Brugge en Geel.

Je bent het voornaamste aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten en medewerkers voor de keukenprofielen en staat hen dagelijks te woord met een glimlach.
- Je zoekt actief naar medewerkers die graag bij onze klanten gaan werken
- Je bespreekt het profiel van de medewerker en luistert naar de noden en verwachtingen
- Je zorgt dat de puzzelstukken tussen medewerkers en klanten in elkaar vallen
Aan de hand van ons planningssysteem plan je de medewerkers in en zorgje dat de administratie vlot loopt. Je denkt niet alleen op korte termijn, maar ook vooruit.
Je informeert de medewerkers over alle praktische informatie als ze op locatie bij klanten gaan werken.
- Samen met de collega's van de loonadministratie, zorg je dat onze uitzendkrachten op tijd en correct betaald worden.
- Na de opdracht evalueer je de uitzendkrachten en ga je na wat de feedback van de klant is. Waar nodig, stuur je bij.
- Je gaat mee ter plaatse op eventlocaties om klanten ook "live" te zien en de samenwerking te intensifiëren.

- Organiseren en plannen is een passie en je hebt ervaring in een gelijkaardige rol
- Je legt vlot contacten en communiceert diplomatisch met uitzendkrachten en klanten
- Je bent een problem-solver die zich niet van de kaart laat brengen en anticipeert waar nodig
- Je neemt initiatief en bent pro-actief
- Je kunt goed omgaan met stresserende situaties
- Je kunt terugvallen op je kennis en netwerk binnen de horeca
- Je bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs B
- Nederlands spreek en schrijf je perfect en je hebt een goede kennis Frans en Engels, zowel geschreven als gesproken
- Word en Excel, daar kan je vlot mee overweg
