**FoodWIN** werft een enthousiast en geëngageerd teamlid aan als project lead voor de strijd tegen voedselverspilling in grootkeukens

FoodWIN heeft een duidelijke missie**:het verminderen van voedselverspilling.** Door samenwerking met grootkeukens, voedingsbedrijven en overheden helpen we om oplossingen te vinden om voedselverspilling te vermijden. FoodWIN is een jong volwassen organisatie waar een impact gedreven en actiegerichte mentaliteit heerst.

Als nieuw teamlid ben je **verantwoordelijk voor het coördineren en uitvoeren van FoodWIN's trajecten met grootkeukens.** In keukens van woonzorgcentra, ziekenhuizen, bedrijfsrestaurants en horeca gaat gemiddeld 30% van het voedsel verloren. FoodWIN heeft de voorbije jaren een proces uitgewerkt om grootkeukens te ondersteunen bij hun strijd tegen voedselverspilling. Hiermee helpen we grootkeukens niet alleen besparen, we verbeteren ook hun klimaatimpact.

Nu willen we deze aanpak verder optimaliseren. Vooral om onze impact op te schalen. Tegen 2030 moeten alle grootkeukens in Vlaanderen namelijk 50% minder voedsel verspillen.

We werven een persoon aan die hiervoor de lead neemt.

**Taken**:

- Je coördineert bestaande begeleidingstrajecten die grootkeukens in België helpen om hun voedselverspilling in kaart te brengen. Je begeleiding zorgt ervoor dat voedselverliezen in grootkeukens via participatieve actieplannen structureel verminderen
- Je verspreidt kennis over voedselverspilling in grootkeukens.
- Je volgt evoluties rond food waste in de sector en integreert die.
- Je maakt (sales) contacten met grootkeukens en relevante partners in de sector.

**Dit typeert je**:

- Je bent purpose driven en hebt grote affiniteit met voeding en duurzaamheid. Ervaring met de verschillende facetten van een 'grootkeuken-omgeving' (van facilitair manager tot chef) is een troef.
- Je hebt ervaring met spreken op inspiratie
- en studiedagen en gaat graag in interactie met het publiek.
- Je vergaart snel expertise en kan die op een eenvoudige manier overbrengen.
- Je hebt een ondernemende geest en legt graag contacten in een sector.
- Je bent gestructureerd, autonoom en een organisator.
- Je bent Nederlandstalig, je kunt je vlot uitdrukken in het Frans (tweetaligheid is een plus) en het Engels.
- Werken in een jonge en gedreven omgeving spreekt je aan en je vindt het fijn een belangrijke schakel te zijn in een professionaliserend team.

**Wat we jou bieden**:

- De mogelijkheid een broodnodige opschaling te verwezenlijken van de strijd tegen voedselverspilling in grootkeukens. Jouw project is beloftevol en uniek.
- We werken op ons kantoor in Brussel. makkelijk te bereiken met het openbaar vervoer.
- Een contract fulltime of 0.8VTE, start asap (richtdatum 1 maart Starten doe je met een contract van bepaalde duur. Indien dat goed werkt, wil FoodWIN graag met jou verder.
- De impact-kick: jouw werk heeft een positieve invloed op het milieu en onze samenleving, dat is puur genieten
- Daarvoor word je vergoed volgens paritair Comité schaalloon B1c.
- Daarbovenop krijg je vergoeding woon-werkverkeer (trein en fiets), telewerkvergoeding (126 €), maaltijdcheques (8 € per dag), een telefoonabonnement, thuiswerk als je dat wenst en de rust die je verdient met het wettelijk aantal vakantiedagen.
