**Verantwoordelijkheden**:
- Het nauwgezet opvolgen van de goedkeuringen op de aanvragen van onze dealers voor de onderhoud
- en herstelwerkzaamheden aan de leasingvoertuigen onder contract bij VDFin. Deze aanvragen komen binnen via het online akkoordenplatform = MRT, ontwikkeld door Renta Solutions. U bewaakt de uitgaven door tussen te komen in dossiers boven een bepaald drempelbedrag en door steekproeven te doen op de goedkeuringen die gegeven worden door het goedkeuringsteam (dit Team is extern aan VDFin, maar u zal zeer nauwe contacten onderhouden met dit team). U monitort dat deze goedkeuringen door het externe Team snel en correct verlopen. Dit alles met als doel de tevredenheid van de dealers en de klanten te garanderen en een kwaliteitsvolle dienstverlening te verzekeren.
- Vanuit uw gedegen kennis kan u dus aanvragen op het MRT platform analyseren en goedkeuringen geven voor onderhoud
- en herstellingswerken aan de leasingvoertuigen onder contract bij VDFin.
- U hanteert hiervoor de contractparameters en bent op de hoogte van de constructeursvoorschriften en garantieregels.
- U bent in staat om bijkomende informatie op te zoeken via interne informatiesystemen en/of via de aanvrager.
- U controleert de conformiteit van de uit te voeren werken en u kan de uitgaven optimaliseren, dit door oa na te kijken of er eventueel garantie van toepassing is, commerciële tussenkomsten mogelijk zijn, de voorgeschreven onderhoudsintervallen gerespecteerd werden, alternatieve oplossingen mogelijk zijn ).
- U communiceert met de dealers, zowel via mail als telefoon, over zowel de weigeringen van aanvragen tot akkoord op een bestek, als foutieve facturen. Tevens bent u in staat om het gesprek aan te gaan met externe experts.
- Binnen het domein van MRT bent u zeer attent voor wat betreft het bijsturen en communiceren van eventuele verbeteringspunten van de online tool MRT. Hierover gaat u het gesprek aan met uw N+1, de Service Manager bij VDFin. Tevens kan u als master user bij VDFin voor MRT de setup / parametrage in MRT doen op het niveau van D'Ieteren Lease als leasemaatschappij. U waakt erover dat de gegevens van de vloot en de drempelbedragen in MRT steeds up to date zijn.
- Als Technical Expert kan u succesvol probleemdossiers afronden waarin er moet gearbitreerd worden of grote kosten gedragen moeten worden door de leasemaatschappij, of er eventueel een aansprakelijkheid ligt bij de klant of de dealer. Hiervoor beschikt u over de nodige vaardigheden om in gesprek te gaan met Service Managers op Market Leader Niveau, Service Managers op het niveau van onze Invoerders en medewerkers van de garantiedepartementen van onze overkoepelende Na-Verkoopafdeling. Tevens bent u het aanspreekpunt voor de collega's intern bij VDFin die vragen hebben over na-verkoop gelieerde dossiers.
- U zal dus instaan voor de communicatie van genomen beslissingen in probleemdossiers en dit zowel naar de eindklant als het dealernetwerk en intern betrokken collega's. Vanuit uw technische achtergrond kan ik ook ondersteuning bieden aan ons departement HyperCare, door probleemdossiers gelieerd aan de na-verkoop, actief in handen te nemen en dat tem de definitieve afhandeling en communicatie naar alle betrokken partijen.
**Profiel**:
- Je beschikt over een bachelor diploma of hoger.
- Je beschikt over een grondige technische kennis (bij voorkeur vanuit een job als medewerker receptie na-verkoop in een garage of ervaring in een werkplaats of je bent iemand die vertrouwd is met het behandelen van garantie-aanvragen voor auto's / vrachtwagens,).
- U heeft een passie voor de automobiel en financiële dienstverlening waarbij u de Klant op de 1e plaatst zet, zonder de financiële belangen van de firma uit het oog te verliezen.
- Je bent analytisch en nauwkeurig.
- Je beschikt over een groot concentratievermogen en kan zelfstandig werken.
- Je beschikt over de nodige computervaardigheden: een grondige kennis van het MRT-platform van Renta is een troef.
- Je bent goed tweetalig (Nederlands en Frans en dit zowel mondeling als schriftelijk). Goede kennis van het Engels is een pluspunt aangezien Engels vaak de voertaal is voor projectwerk waarin u deelname in de toekomst zou kunnen gevraagd worden.
- Je bent communicatief en kan de juiste gesprekstoon vinden voor het diverse pallet van stakeholders waarmee u in contact zal komen.
- Je bent een snelle leerling; je pikt snel nieuwe informatie op en bent van nature leergierig.
- Je staat er voor open om technische en/of product-opleidingen te volgen.
