**Je rol?**
Jouw doel is het verwerven van voldoende én de juiste data om onze prospectielijst (leads) voor onze Outbound sales agents te optimaliseren. Je hebt een ongelofelijke passie voor data en kan gemakkelijk verbanden leggen waardoor je je doelgroepen gericht kan identificiëren en voor een grotere conversie kan zorgen. Je speelt ook een grote rol in het optimaliseren en onderhouden van onze website (trafiek) zodoende om inbound leads te genereren en om brand awareness te vergroten. Je zet campagnes op en volgt ze op frequente wijze op waardoor er elk moment corrigerende acties kunnen genomen worden. Met andere woorden growth marketing is geen taboe voor jou door je sterke digitale en analytische skills.
**Jouw kennis**
- Een diepgaande kennis van digitale marketing tools zijn een must.
- Termen zoals paid en organic traffic, PPC, GA4, Semrush, Ahrefs, SEA, SEO, remarketing, audience match liggen in je vakgebied.
- Kennis van Sales Force Marketing Cloud is een plus, geen must.
- Websites onderhouden en bouwen is voor jou een passie.
- Je hebt vooral een vermogen om data te analyseren en om snel connecties te leggen waardoor er snel kan gehandeld worden bij de detectie van markt tendensen als ook klanten portfolio samenstellingen.
- Je bent gewoon om acquisitie marketing campagnes te definiëren, conceptualiseren, implementeren en afmeten.

- Je werkt zeer goed in teamverband en kan heel goed tegelijk sparren met verschillende afdelingen.
- Je houdt ervan om nauw samen te werken met sales. Je bent er om elkaar positief te challengen en zorgt ervoor dat de gedefinieerde doelstellingen bereikt worden.
- Je ziet zeer gemakkelijk opportuniteiten en kan zeer snel schakelen om deze opportuniteiten om te zetten tot succesverhalen.
- Je hebt een strategische mindset en je zoekt continu naar verbeteringen.
- Je kan ook initiatief nemen en je hebt passie voor je werk
- Je rapporteert aan de Head of Marketing voor België, Nederland en Frankrijk.
**Jouw profiel?**
- Master in marketing met een zeer sterke kennis en liefde voor digitale marketing en data analyse.
- Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Engels. Kennis van de Franse taal is een plus.
- Je bent een teamplayer en kan gemakkelijk met verschillende afdelingen werken.
