BNP Paribas Fortis Corporate Bank.

Are you in search of the ideal launchpad for your career? Our Traineeship is an immersive 16-month rotational program within Corporate Banking, offering a fast-track opportunity with assignments across various departments of the Corporate Banking business.
During the Traineeship, you will have the chance to discover in depth what being a Banker for enterprises concretely means.
You will learn how the Bank manages relationships with its clients as well as the way it accompanies its clients in managing the risks and needs they are facing.
This will notably include different assignments (regional business centres, expertise lines) where it will be possible to build up soft skills necessary for developing a client relationship as well as technical skills in different expertise lines in banking products and services aimed at corporates (e.g.
answering working capital needs, long term financing needs through various means (bank loans, debt market, capital market, hedging of currency and interest rates risks).
Upon completion of the program, you'll have the chance to step into your first position within Corporate Banking as Relationship Manager in one of our Business Centres spread over Belgium.
The Relationship Manager is the key business partner who builds a relationship of trust with our customers, medium-sized and large companies, and who looks for the best solutions for answering their needs.
By participating in this program, you will join a talent pool of potential leaders poised to shape the future of Corporate Banking.
