Context
The Global Markets Client Support and Control Team is part of Bank Degroof Petercam’s Investment Banking department. Its activities consist mainly in:
- onboarding of Clients
- maintenance of KYC documents
- overseeing the administration of Global Markets
- being the point of contact for Compliance, Audit, Financial Risk and Regulatory Reporting
Your Position
As a Client Support Officer, you will deal with:
- Coordination of the client Onboarding and KYC documents update (CFR/PKR)
- Daily management of the Administration mailboxes:
=> Interaction with other colleagues of Administration to dispatch and coordinate the requested tasks and to liaise with other departments (Administration of Accounts, Middle-Office, Compliance)
=> Coordination and follow-up on required actions and documentation with the aim of providing appropriate support to customers in a timely and orderly way
- Keeping all MiFID documentation up to date for each of the clients to ensure post trade suitability monitoring
- Stock Options Plan’s administration such as invoices, trade confirmations and plans preparation
- Active participation to projects
- Daily interaction with clients
- Back
- up of the GM control team if needed

Your Profile
- You have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent and ideally 3/5 years’ experience in a similar role
- You have either an administrative background in Global Markets/ Financial Markets or Corporate banking. Good knowledge of AML processes or control environment is a plus
- You have very good oral and written skills in the second national language and in English
- You have excellent communications and relationship management skills
- You are stress resistant
- You show strong analytical skills with an eye for details
- You are a real team player who can work in an autonomous way
- You take ownership and are willing to help the Bank optimizing the administrative support provided to customers
- You are a proficient MS Office user
