**Le Poste**
- Vous êtes en charge de la maintenance des données CRM, Fournisseurs, Produits:
- Création des nouveaux clients, contacts, fournisseurs, produits,
- Mise à jour des informations liés : adresses, conditions de paiement, prix, descriptions,
- Contrôle de qualité des données
- Vous êtes responsable de la mise à jour des données du site web.
- Vous apportez un support aux clients internes concernant:
- la maintenance du CRM, fournisseurs et produits.
- la gestion des données.
- le développement de procédures et/ou d'outils pour améliorer la gestion des Master Data.
**Le Candidat**
- Vous possédez une formation de niveau supérieur (Bachelier/Master)
- Vous avez un esprit analytique et êtes efficace dans la résolution de problèmes.
- Vous faites preuve de rigueur et d'organisation dans votre travail et avez l'esprit d'initiative.
- Vous avez une connaissance/expérience approfondie en base de données (SQL Server, Transact-SQL)
- Vous maitrisez parfaitement Excel (tables pivot, formules)
- Une expérience d'importation et d'exportation de données entre plusieurs systèmes est un atout.
- Vous avez une parfaite maitrise du français et disposez d'une connaissance usuelle de l'anglais et du néerlandais.
- Vous avez le sens du service afin d'assurer des relations harmonieuses avec les clients internes.
