**Description de la fonction
**Vos missions
Vous intégrez notre équipe Sales Support et contribuez activement à la satisfaction de nos clients et à l'atteinte des objectifs de croissance de notre filiale.
A ce titre, vos missions seront de:
- Gérer les demandes clients : information produits, états des stocks, prix, etc...
- Traiter les retours et suivre les flux physiques (réception) et financiers (notes de crédit)
- Assurer le lien en interne avec les équipes d'expertise dédiées
- Enregistrer et encoder les commandes
- Suivre les livraisons et intervenir, le cas échéant, auprès des transporteurs
- Actualiser les conditions d'achat de nos clients
- Assurer le suivi des paiements des clients
- Communiquer avec la force de vente sur l'état des stocks
- Interactions avec le département commercial lors du montage d'actions promotionnelles
- Gestion des références dans SAP
**Description du profil
**Votre profil
Une première expérience réussie en support client dans le domaine BtoB est un atout indéniable.
La maîtrise de SAP est souhaitée.
Vous êtes bilingue français / néerlandais.
Reconnu(e) pour votre autonomie et votre curiosité, vous êtes également rigoureux (se) et à l'écoute.
Vous êtes orienté(e) client, dynamique et entrepreneur(se) et appréciez travailler en équipe.
