En tant qu'Expert Climat/Environnement, vous rejoignez l'équipe Sustainability pour travailler sur la stratégie Sustainability d'Ethias, et plus précisément sur le volet stratégique Climat et Environnement.
La politique environnementale d'Ethias se décline autour de 4 axes ambitieux :
- Atteindre le Net Zero ;
- Mesurer et diminuer ses autres impacts sur la Nature ;
- Analyser, comprendre et aider ses clients à s'adapter aux Risques Climatiques ;
- Poursuivre son développement en harmonie avec son environnement.
Pour déployer cette stratégie et diriger les différents projets qui en découlent, nous recherchons une personne motivée à rejoindre une petite équipe dynamique où l'esprit de collaboration est primordial ; une personne passionnée par les sujets environnementaux et climatiques, qui aime travailler de manière transversale et être en contact avec plusieurs départements et directions dans l'entreprise.
En tant qu'Expert Climat/Environnement, vous guidez Ethias dans l'élaboration d'une stratégie Nature-Positive ; la représentez à certains séminaires et réunions externes sur les sujets en lien avec la stratégie environnementale et participez activement à l'élaboration de son bilan carbone.
Vous avez aussi le lead sur le volet Environnement et Climatique des différents ratings ESG, dont la gestion du rating CDP en parfaite collaboration avec les directions/collègues impliqués. Et enfin, vous êtes en charge de la rédaction de rapports et KPIs relatifs à la gouvernance Sustainability de l'entreprise.
Profiel kandidaatCe travail est fait pour vous ? C'est le cas, si...Vous avez un master en gestion environnementale ou équivalent avec au moins 7 ans d'expérience dans des fonctions qui impliquent des capacités de conseil et d'analyse et de la gestion de projet. Si vous connaissez le secteur financier ou de l'assurance, nous sommes preneurs.
- La durabilité, les sujets climatiques, tels que la décarbonation, la biodiversité, les impacts environnementaux au sens large (déchets, eau, pollution c'est votre passion.
- La gestion de projets transversaux n'a plus aucun secret pour vous.
- Travailler en totale autonomie, c'est bien. Mais c'est encore mieux de travailler en équipe Surtout dans un environnement de travail multitasking et multidisciplinaire où les priorités évoluent vite et peuvent parfois changer.
- Vous connaissez par cœur .... ou presque les cadres de référence TCFD et TNFD, SBTi et SBTN, les réglementations européennes en vigueur liées à la durabilité, entre autres la CSRD, la Taxonomie et la CSDDD.
- On dit que vous que vous êtes bon communicant.
- La motivation, la bonne humeur, l'empathie, l'enthousiasme, le dynamisme, le sourire et la proactivité sont indispensables L'humour aussi.
- Vous maîtrisez parfaitement le français ou le néerlandais, avez une très bonne connaissance de l'autre langue, ainsi que de l'anglais.
