**About Our Client**:
Onze klant is een grote speler binnen de drankensector. Zij zijn op zoek naar een Logistics Officer om hun team te versterken.
Het bedrijf is gelegen in Puurs en eenvoudig bereikbaar met de wagen.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de administratie van contracten, alsook de logistieke planning voor de leveringen.
- Je volgt douaneformaliteiten op bij verkopen buiten de EU.
- Je volgt de verkoopcontracten op, alsook de verkoopfacturen en databestanden.
- Je volgt de voorraad van grondstoffen op en rapporteert dit wekelijks.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor een aantal office management taken zoals het bestellen van kantoormateriaal en organiseren van reizen.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor alle communicatie met zowel interne, alsook externe stakeholders. Dit gebeurt voornamelijk via mail.
**The Successful Applicant**:
- Je hebt een diploma behaald binnen de logistiek of een eerste werkervaring achter de rug binnen de logistiek.
- Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Engels.
- Je kan goed overweg met Microsoft Office.
- Je bent nauwkeurig en gaat organisatorisch te werk.
