**Functie-informatie**:

- Je analyseert, beheert
en verdeelt de workload in het team (prioriteiten, onderwerpen,)
- Je detecteert pro-actief incidenten en volgt oplossingen en/of
systeemontwikkelingen op
- Je voert proactieve controles uit op de dagelijkse werklast
- Je stelt verbeteringen voor met het oog op een betere klantenervaring en/of
operationele uitmuntendheid
- Je rapporteert maandelijks aan de Team Leader en de Coach over de KPI's, incidenten,
qualiteit, productie
- Je helpt het team operationeel in tijden van nood

**Functie-eisen**:

- Je bent **analytisch**
ingesteld en je **Excell** skills maken iederen jaloers
- Je kent het reilen en zeilen van een klantendienst
- Je bent pro-actief, flexibel en je neemt graag veranwoordelijkheid
- **Klantgericht** met goede **communcatieve** vaardigheden
- Je beheerst volledig het **Nederlands** en kan goed communiceren in het **Frans**, of
omgekeerd en je trekt goed je plan in het **Engels**
