Onze site te Rotselaar staat gekend als grootste drink - en roer yoghurt fabriek binnen Europa. Samen met onze 480 werknemers zorgen we er dagdagelijks voor dat onze lekkere yoghurt bij de consument geraakt. Als Warehouse Manager stuur je de Warehouse activiteiten aan (teamleaders, Co-packing Coordinator) met als doel het behalen van de gebudgetteerde objectieven ivm SQCDMN op korte en middellange termijn.

Hierbij hou je rekening met:
De bestaande procedures, werkinstructies en geldende hygiëne-, kwaliteit-, milieu
- en veiligheidsvoorschriften en in lijn met de visie.

Als Warehouse Manager verzeker je de continuïteit van al de activiteiten in het Warehouse.

Bijbehorende verantwoordelijkheden:

- Prioriseert activiteiten binnen de Warehouse;
- Stuurt teamleaders aan binnen de zone en overlegt met hen over prioriteiten;
- Garandeert de gebudgeteerde personeelsbezetting binnen de ploeg: stuurt werk-en verlofplanning vanuit zijn teams bij waar nodig;
- Volgt Warehouse-activiteiten op en neemt actie/biedt ondersteuning waar nodig;
- Beheert en mínimailseert de verliezen (binnen zijn zone);
- Stuurt de dagelijkse ochtendmeeting (binnen de zone);
- Animeert op dagelijkse basis SQCDMN-resultaten (binnen de zone);
- Overlegt met collega's van Veiligheid, Kwaliteit, Transport, Planning, Costumer collaboration en Prodcutie, waar nodig
- Garandeert de ontwikkeling van zijn team: coaching, delegeren, opleiding,

Verder bou en realiseer je het jaaractieplan op het vlak van SQCDMN binnen de eigen zone, in overleg met de Distirbution Manager.

Bijbehorende verantwoordelijkheden:

- Vertaalt objectieven en KPI's binnen de productie naar zijn zone;
- Analyseert de resulaten en initieert correctieve en Continuous Improvement acties;
- Zet de objectieven om in concrete, meetbare acties verspreid over het jaar;
- Identificeert en stuurt prioritiaire verbeteracties op het vlak van SQCDMN binnen zijn zone; communiceert en overlegt met de Operations Manager mbt organisatorische of structurele problemen;
- Stelt KPI's op en animeert ze dagelijks, wekelijks en maandelijks;
- Stuur het continue verbeteringsprocess binnen zijn teams;
- Stelt samen met de projectleider de risico-analyse van de veranderingen/projecten op (SQCDMN);
- Garandeert een succesvolle implementatie en nazorg van veranderingen/projecten (komende vanuit eigen team als vanuit support teams...);
- Bepaalt, samen met de performance coordinator en de maintenance coordinator, de SQCDMN prioriteiten binnen zijn zone.

Tot slot coach en ontwikkel je de teams (binnen je zone).

Bijbehorende verantwoordelijkheden:

- Houdt nauw contact met alle medewerkers (in de zone);
- Delegeert activiteiten (bvb animatie van meetings) in functie van het niveau van autonomie van elk teamlid;
- Ontwikkelt en houdt kwaliteitsvolle IDP's met al zijn N-1's;
- Zorgt voor de juiste competenties in de teams (van zijn zone);
- Ondersteunt TL in het voeren van kwaliteitsvolle groeigesprekken/IDP's en absenteïsme gesprekken, zodat het potentieel van hun medewerkers zoveel mogelijk benut wordt; volgt competentie-ontwikkeling en opleiding binnen het team op;
- Kijkt toe op vlotte samenwerking binnen en tussen de teams en stimuleert informatie-uitwisseling;
- Geeft SMART-objectieven aan zijn medewerkers (in de zone);
- Is medeverantwoordelijk bij rekruteringen;
- Handhaaft de discipline binnen zijn zone;
- Bevordert de motivatie door coaching en proactief in te spelen op sociale problemen;
About you
**Je profiel**:

- Je bent in het bezit van een diploma Industrieel Ingenieur of gelijkwaardig;
- Je hebt reeds tussen 5 à 10 jaar ervaring binnen een leidinggevende functie;
- Je hebt een grote zin voor verantwoordelijkeheid;
- Je bent een teamcoach in hart en nieren;
- Je hebt zin voor initiatief;
- _Je bent sterk communicatief;_
- Verder ben je: flexibel, proactief en resultaatgericht.
