Le Bureau fédéral du Plan recrute un(e) analyste dans le domaine de la démographie au sein de l'équipe "Protection sociale, démographie et prospective".
- La démographie est au cœur de nombreux enjeux sociétaux actuels et futurs_ _: vieillissement de la population, soins de santé, marché du travail, finances publiques, mobilité, transition énergétique..._ _Afin notamment d'alimenter les nombreux modèles de projection_ du Bureau fédéral du Plan _en lien avec ces thématiques, nous réalisons chaque année des _perspectives démographiques_. Vous avez de l'intérêt pour la démographie et les projections _démographiques en particulier _? Vous désirez nourrir les décisions politiques ? Votre profil nous intéresse_._
**Description de fonction**
En étroite collaboration avec vos collègues économistes et informaticiens, vous serez chargé(e):
- de développer et de mettre à jour les modèles de projection de population et de ménages;
- d'analyser les statistiques de population et de ménages transmises par Statbel;
- d'élaborer des hypothèses de court, moyen et long terme concernant l'évolution des déterminants de la croissance de la population (fécondité, mortalité, migrations internationales et internes);
- de réaliser des simulations (projection de référence et scénarios alternatifs);
- de rédiger et de présenter des rapports d'études pour différents publics cibles;
- de participer à des groupes de travail externes en lien avec la démographie.

**Compétences**:
Vous êtes titulaire d'un diplôme universitaire:
- en démographie
- ou en sciences de la population, sciences économiques ou sciences sociales, avec une orientation en démographie quantitative.
- la connaissance de différentes techniques de projection démographique (par exemple, les modèles déterministes, probabilistes, de microsimulation ) ;
- l'analyse de données et la construction de modèles ;
- une expertise en un ou plusieurs langages de programmation (par exemple Python avec lequel les modèles de projection démographiques sont écrits).
Vous vous intéressez à l'utilisation des projections démographiques ainsi qu'à l'analyse et la recherche économique.
Vous aimez travailler en équipe, tout en faisant preuve d'autonomie.
Vous avez une connaissance approfondie de l'une des langues nationales et connaissez suffisamment l'autre langue nationale pour pouvoir interagir dans un environnement bilingue.
Votre connaissance de l'anglais vous permet de communiquer avec vos collègues au niveau international.
**Offre**:
La rémunération est liée au grade d'expert et est fixée dans l'échelle A23 de la fonction publique fédérale. Le salaire mensuel brut indexé s'élève actuellement à 5.419,33 euros minimum, à 5.664,12 euros pour une ancienneté de trois ans et à 6.235,29 euros pour une ancienneté de dix ans. Votre rémunération à l'embauche tient compte de votre expérience utile acquise.
