Your Challenge:

As Talent Reward Officer you are responsible to guide ML6 in all Compensation & Benefits matters and implement new initiatives.

You will be joining our team of 3, of which one colleague also specialises in Compensation & Benefits among others.


You will focus on offering a top-notch people experience in line with our culture & values: smooth operations by optimising our processes, implementing attractive perks and systems cross country & engaging our whole ML6 story.

This includes among others, sinking your teeth into our:

  • Reward philosophy

Routined specialist

  • Familiar with labour law, payroll processes, compensation & benefits

  • International experience, focused on Europe (pref: BE, NL, DACH)
