Business Manager at Evertys, you will be part of a young and dynamic team. This division of the
SISU Group is constantly evolving and the demand from our clients is growing every day


On one hand, we offer our consultants an exciting experience with hands-on involvement in a variety of projects, allowing them to learn first-hand about different aspects of HR, Finance, Legal,...

On the other hand, we provide tailor-made services to our clients, ranging from consultancy to permanent recruitment. Our goal is to position ourselves as advisors and to respond most effectively to their needs.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

Networking: Actively developing and maintaining a network of talented consultants and existing or potential clients.

Business Development: Strategically identifying and nurturing new clients opportunities to generate partnerships and drive sustainable growth for our organization.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their recruitment/consultancy needs are met with exceptional service.

Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth.

Collaboration: with our exceptional marketing and HR teams to develop employer branding strategies and impactful recruitment campaigns.
