Binnen de Process Automation afdeling van het productie departement hebben we een vacature voor een support technician automation. De subgroep support en infrastructuur ondersteunt en optimaliseert computersystemen op de productievloer.

- Als center of excellence in technologie, innovatie en project management bouwt het departement engineering in Puurs aan de toekomst van de site. De afdeling Process Automation werkt actief aan het optimaliseren van systemen en processen van de productieafdelingen. Dankzij de lange ervaring en het gebruik van moderne technologieën leveren wij betaalbare oplossingen voor building automatisatie, elektriciteit, software integratie en hardware voor de site. Alsook leveren wij systeem integraties voor verschillende projecten en geven 24/7 support aan productie voor deze systemen._

Functiebeschrijving

Als Support Technician Automation vallen volgende taken onder jouw verantwoordelijkheid:

- Deze functie is verantwoordelijk voor de 1ste en 2de lijn support van de automatisatie systemen. De voornaamste taken zullen bestaan in het behandelen van operationele support calls. Daarnaast zullen taken als periodiek maintenance, monitoring en trouble shooting van gerelateerde automation systemen, kerntaken zijn in deze functie alsook wijzigingen en verbeteringen hieraan.
- Opvolging van kleine automatisatie infrastructuur projecten behoren ook tot het takenpakket.
- Alle taken situeren zich in het domein van de industriële IT-infrastructuur en van de integratie van geautomatiseerde productiesystemen met de overkoepelende systemen.
- Samen met de collega's biedt hij/zij permanente user support voor alle Process Automation systemen.
- Je communiceert je acties en voorstellen naar het team en zorgt voor een goede documentatie

Functievereisten
- Bachelor elektromechanica optie automatisatie, elektronica of ICT of gelijk door ervaring
- Sterk in teamwerk, goede communicatieve en sociale vaardigheden.
- Werkt gedreven en zelfstandig, toont ownership.
- Analytische inzicht: sterk in het opsporen van oorzaken van problemen.
- Hands-on mentaliteit.
- Bereid zijn te werken in een ploegensysteem, om later eventueel over te gaan naar full-continue regime.
- Volgende kennis en ervaring is een troef:

- Ervaring in de farmaceutische industrie
- Een eerste werkervaring in een productie omgeving of als support technician is een pluspunt.
- Kennis van virtualisatie software w.o. Vmware
- Kennis van SCADA systemen
- Je draagt klantgerichtheid hoog in het vaandel.
- Sterk helikopterview.
- Netwerker met een gezonde dosis overtuigingskracht.

Work Location Assignment: On Premise
- De Pfizer site in Puurs is één van de grootste productie
- en verpakkingssites van Pfizer wereldwijd, gespecialiseerd in aseptische productie en verpakking. Jaarlijks worden in Puurs meer dan 400 miljoen doses injecteerbare vaccins en medicijnen geproduceerd. Deze zijn ter plaatse verpakt in ampullen, flacons, plastic flessen, spuiten en patronen voor pennen._
- De medicijnen die in Puurs worden gemaakt, zijn bestemd voor patiënten in meer dan 170 landen wereldwijd. 30% van de productie uit Puurs is bestemd voor ontwikkelingslanden, in samenwerking met UNICEF, WHO, GAVI en ngo's._
- Met het gebruik van twee windturbines, zonnepanelen en een warmtekrachtcentrale richten we ons op hernieuwbare energie._
