Ons team bestaat uit shift techniekers (24/7), process technologists, maintenance engineers, automation engineers, PM techniekers, leidinggevenden en ondersteunende administratieve functies, een geheel ,met focus op alles wat maintenance is in het” Center For Secundary Packaging”.
Out of many ,we are one.

Daarvoor zoeken we technische profielen die via een intern groeitraject evolueren van storingstechnieker in dag functie, naar de rol van process technologist, project technieker en verder..
Tijdens je traject als storingstechnieker ga je ervaring opdoen met trouble shooting op break down’s onderhoudswerken uitvoeren ism ervaren “Preventief Onderhoud techniekers” bij verschillende productielijnen en technologieën en ga je de maintenance systemen leren kennen.
Als project technieker mag je meegaan op “Fabrikant Acceptance Test bij diverse leveranciers in Europa. Stel je de onderhoudsplannen op, zorg je voor je voor de nodige spare parts, maak je werk instructies op, dit alles om operationeel klaar te zijn.
Samen met de productie en engineering collega’s en de leverancier start je de nieuwe productie lijn op.
Als process technologist ben je de technische expert die zich dagelijks inzet om zijn lijnen technisch operationeel klaar te hebben, breng je optimalisaties aan, organiseer je Preventief Onderhoud, etc.
In deze rol zijn er nog verschillende doorgroeimogelijkheden mogelijk
- De Pfizer site in Puurs is één van de grootste productie
- en verpakkingssites van Pfizer wereldwijd, gespecialiseerd in aseptische productie en verpakking. Jaarlijks worden in Puurs meer dan 400 miljoen doses injecteerbare vaccins en medicijnen geproduceerd. Deze zijn ter plaatse verpakt in ampullen, flacons, plastic flessen, spuiten en patronen voor pennen._
- De medicijnen die in Puurs worden gemaakt, zijn bestemd voor patiënten in meer dan 170 landen wereldwijd. 30% van de productie uit Puurs is bestemd voor ontwikkelingslanden, in samenwerking met UNICEF, WHO, GAVI en ngo's._
- Met het gebruik van twee windturbines, zonnepanelen en een warmtekrachtcentrale richten we ons op hernieuwbare energie._
