Job Focus
De Utilities Technician is verantwoordelijk voor het zelfstandig uitvoeren van onderhoudswerken en herstellingen op het vlak van black en clean utilities (stoom, perslucht, purified water, water for injection en clean steam).
Role Description
- Je staat in voor de het preventieve onderhoud van de utility installaties (bv. stoomketels, verwarmingsinstallaties, compressoren, pompen, destillatoren en warmtewisselaars)
- Je analyseert problemen en spoort fouten op binnen het domein van instrumentatie en automatisatie en stelt op deze manier je diagnose
- Je neemt snel de juiste acties bij storingen en pannes
- Je werkt steeds volgens de geldende Pfizer veiligheidsprocedures en algemene GMP
- Je werkt zeer kwaliteitsgericht en volgt afspraken na, ook al sta je onder tijdsdruk.
- Je voert zelfstandig middelgrote aanpassingen uit met contractoren.
- Je bent samen met de utility engineer verantwoordelijk voor de analyse van wederkerende problemen aan installaties
- Je bent samen met een utility engineer het aanspreekpunt tijdens de implementatie van nieuwe projecten
- Je zorgt ervoor dat onderhoudsschema's, procedures en instructies up-to-date blijven
- Je werkt in dagregime
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor diploma Electromechanica of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
- Je bent in staat om complexe problemen te analyseren
- Je hebt kennis op vlak van elektriciteit en PLC/Automation
- Je kunt zelf prioriteiten inschatten op basis van algemene richtlijnen
- Je hebt grote zelfdiscipline en kan autonoom werken
- Je communiceert vlot en duidelijk naar collega's en interne klanten
- Je kan objectief rapporteren op basis van feiten en meetcijfers
- Je bent zeer kwaliteitsgericht
- Je bent bereid op de nodige administratie uit te voeren

Work Location Assignment: On Premise
- De Pfizer site in Puurs is één van de grootste productie
- en verpakkingssites van Pfizer wereldwijd, gespecialiseerd in aseptische productie en verpakking. Jaarlijks worden in Puurs meer dan 400 miljoen doses injecteerbare vaccins en medicijnen geproduceerd. Deze zijn ter plaatse verpakt in ampullen, flacons, plastic flessen, spuiten en patronen voor pennen._
- De medicijnen die in Puurs worden gemaakt, zijn bestemd voor patiënten in meer dan 170 landen wereldwijd. 30% van de productie uit Puurs is bestemd voor ontwikkelingslanden, in samenwerking met UNICEF, WHO, GAVI en ngo's._
