Als HVAC technician ben je verantwoordelijk voor onderhoud en interventies aan HVAC-installaties.
De functie situeert zich binnen de ondersteunde afdeling Utilities. Deze afdeling is verantwoordelijk voor de generatie of productie en distributie van alle utilities op de site, klimatisering van bureau
- en productieruimte, alsook trouble shooting van deze disciplines.
Takenpakket
- Je staat in voor het uitvoeren onderhoud op HVAC installaties volgens planning
- Je voert analyses uit van fouten aan de installaties (trouble shooting)
- Je analyseert regeltechnische problemen en werkt een oplossing uit
- Je werkt steeds volgens de geldende Pfizer veiligheidsprocedures en algemene GMP
- Je werkt veilig, kwaliteitsgericht en komt afspraken na, ongeacht tijdsdruk
- Je werkt in dagregime
Functieprofiel
- Must_
- Bachelor in een technische richting of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
- Je bent zeer goed in storingsanalyse
- Je hebt toegepaste kennis over automatisatie en regeltechniek
- Je hebt oog voor veiligheid
- Je bent zeer kwaliteitsgericht
- Je kan objectief rapporteren op basis van feiten en meetcijfers
- Je kan je organiseren in een omgeving met wisselende prioriteiten (goede "time management" en bepalen van prioriteiten).
- Je communiceert vlot en duidelijk naar collega's en interne klanten
- Nice to have_
- Ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie
- Je hebt een kennis van HVAC systemen
- Ervaring in een GMP omgeving
- Je hebt minstens 5 jaar industriële ervaring in een chemische plant, de farmaceutische industrie of de voedingsindustrie
- Je hebt een grondige kennis van SOP, GMP en farmaceutische richtlijnen

Work Location Assignment: On Premise
- De Pfizer site in Puurs is één van de grootste productie
- en verpakkingssites van Pfizer wereldwijd, gespecialiseerd in aseptische productie en verpakking. Jaarlijks worden in Puurs meer dan 400 miljoen doses injecteerbare vaccins en medicijnen geproduceerd. Deze zijn ter plaatse verpakt in ampullen, flacons, plastic flessen, spuiten en patronen voor pennen._
- De medicijnen die in Puurs worden gemaakt, zijn bestemd voor patiënten in meer dan 170 landen wereldwijd. 30% van de productie uit Puurs is bestemd voor ontwikkelingslanden, in samenwerking met UNICEF, WHO, GAVI en ngo's._
