What will your role entail?

As Manager FS – Digital Customer & Sales, you'll spearhead digital transformation endeavors in the Financial Services domain. You'll collaborate with clients to digitalize the customer journey, utilizing your expertise to enrich customer experience and drive sales. In this capacity, you will:

Offer clients guidance on challenges linked to digitalizing the customer journey, leveraging your rich expertise in specific business areas spanning products like accounts, cards, payments, lending, investments, and/or insurance, and across diverse client segments encompassing retail, business, corporate, or private banking. Spearhead comprehensive digital transformation projects to deliver impactful customer results, overseeing project management, risk management, knowledge sharing, and budget assessment, among other responsibilities. Scrutinize customer interactions and behavior patterns to draw insights for enhancing digital customer journeys and subsequently refining the customer experience. Develop and optimize digital customer journeys for a seamless and user-friendly experience across various digital platforms including websites, mobile apps, social media, and chatbots. Actively oversee digital customer journey performance , monitoring key metrics such as conversion rates, customer satisfaction scores, and engagement metrics to pinpoint and optimize improvement areas. Propel business development initiatives to expand our client base through proposal preparation, service offering presentations, client interactions initiation, and account management. Recruit, guide, and evaluate junior team members across diverse client engagements. Contribute to the strategic goals of the business practice in the digital customer journey field by identifying market trends, honing value propositions, and outlining go-to-market strategies.

What qualities do you need to possess?

This role is perfect for you if you have:

Demonstrated Track Record: Strong track record of over 5 years in digital business & transformation within consulting or financial services. Your extensive industry-specific knowledge, understanding of products, requirements like client onboarding, lending, investments, insurance, etc., is highly advantageous. Customer-Centric Focus: Priority on grasping customer behaviors, preferences, and pain points, including user experience elements, to craft and enhance digital customer journeys. Your goal is to elevate overall customer experience and foster satisfaction and loyalty. Analytical Abilities: Proficiency in analyzing data and metrics related to digital customer journeys such as conversion rates, engagement metrics, and customer feedback. This enables you to identify enhancement and optimization opportunities. Strategic Insight: Skill in conceptualizing and executing digital strategies. Effective resolution of complex business issues in alignment with overarching business objectives, while staying abreast of industry trends and competitive advancements. Project Management Proficiency: Experience in managing and overseeing digital transformation projects. This includes implementing new digital solutions, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely, budget-compliant project delivery. Language Proficiency : Fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
