**Opérateur Process (fermentation) - CDD ( 6 mois min)**

En tant qu'opérateur/trice process fermentation:
**Vos responsabilités sont**:

- Vous effectuez **les nettoyages journaliers, hebdomadaires, mensuels et trimestriels des locaux de production et des équipements**. Vous assurez le house keeping, le tri des déchets tout en suivant les règles de bio sécurité. **(Logistique en zone).**
- Vous **réalisez les différentes calibration**s (Phmétre, balance, spectro...) et **vérifiez la conformité du matériel (Préparation matériel).**
- Vous **enregistrez chaque opération dans un logbook ou check-list, assurez le suivi et le remplissage des check-lists,** classez et archivez la documentation **(Documentation).**
- Vous **réalisez les prélèvements pour testing **(monitoring d'eau, process), rangez les freezers, réalisez le transfert vers la zone logistique. **(Echantillonnage).**
- Vous **détectez les défaillances des équipements, assurez un support nettoyage** pour chaque intervention par la maintenance le nécessitant.** (Maintenance 1er niveau).**
- Vous **réalisez les tests** d'intégrité des filtres Air et milieux. **(Testing).**

- Diplôme **:CESS ou Cesi** avec un minimum de 10 ans d'expériences professionnelles.
- Langue : francais
- Esprit d'équipe
- Qualifications souhaitées _
- Vous avez déjà **travaillé dans un environnement GMP**
- Vous avez déjà **travaillé en zone aseptique (grade C) **et avez une bonne connaissance des comportements à y adopter (procédure d'habillage, etc)
- Vous êtes **autonome et pro-actif.**
- Vous savez adapter vos tâches aux besoins des autres.
- ** Horaire une semaine sur deux**: 6h/14h la première semaine et de journée ( 7h30/9h - 15h30/17h) la 2 ème semaine.
