Dans le cadre de la politique de Transition Energétique de la Région Bruxelloise, Sibelga met en place un programme d'aide à la rénovation de bâtiments publics. Ce programme accompagne les pouvoirs publics dans les différentes phases de rénovation énergétique, de l'identification des opportunités à la réalisation du projet, en facilitant la structuration administrative et l'accès aux financements.

En tant que Manager de projet, vous serez le point de contact privilégié des pouvoirs publics pour la mise en œuvre de ce programme, jouant un rôle de conseil et de facilitateur dans l'établissement de projets de rénovation énergétique.

Votre Job

L'analyse et identification des besoins:

  • Accompagner les Pouvoirs Publics dans l'établissement d'un cadastre énergétique, architectural et technique
  • Participer à l'identification, la sélection et la priorisation des travaux
  • Assurer la programmation des rénovations en fonction des contraintes
  • Définir les contours des missions, budgets et plannings associés

La définition, organisation et gestion des travaux:

  • Décrire les besoins et contraintes pour préparer le travail des bureaux d'études
  • Coordonner l'établissement des documents de marché et l'analyse des offres de travaux
  • Assurer un support technique efficace aux pouvoirs publics et veiller à la bonne exécution des contrats

L'analyse post-travaux, monitoring et reporting, et support aux dossiers Tiers:

  • Utiliser les systèmes de monitoring pour évaluer l'efficacité des mesures prises
  • S'assurer de la mise en service des installations et bâtiments rénovés
  • Participer à l'amélioration continue des documents de marché et à la mise en place des reportings

Votre Profil

  • Diplômé en ingénierie dans les domaines du bâtiment, de l'énergie ou de la construction
  • Expérience de 5 ans dans la gestion de projets et des contrats de chantier
  • Bonnes connaissances des réglementations travaux et évaluation de projets énergétiques
  • Maîtrise du français ou néerlandais, connaissance de l'anglais appréciée
  • Compétences clés : autonomie, orientation clientèle, collaboration, flexibilité et gestion du stress
