B2B Marketing Department it is our aim to develop and manage those products and services.

TASKS
Product Management
- You contribute to the conceptual development of the
future commodity product portfolio with a focus on our SME segment and
translate new concepts into
feasible technical requirements. - You develop and implement our
product roadmap and solution portfolio to support the growth of our SME segment
, based on market intelligence and the specific needs of those B2B customers. - You are responsible for the
endtoend implementation of the new products and solutions in collaboration with the involved Luminus Departments and potentially with external stakeholders. - You manage the
lifecycle of our existing gas and electricity products and services: Followup on processes and quality, tariff renewal processes, product updates, pricing, regulatory changes and product improvements. - In collaboration with the campaign manager, you define the
campaign strategy to promote our commodity solutions, to acquire new customers and to renew existing ones through our different
sales channels (direct sales, indirect sales and online). - You develop, enhance and update
product support materials like offers, contracts, product sheets, presentations... - You provide ongoing
training for the Sales
teams and the customer support teams to keep them up to date with our B2B products and solutions. - You support
the development of internal and external tools needed to manage our commodity solutions and provide a followup and internal support to the endusers if necessary.
- You analyze the market and monitor the competition to identify trends and opportunities. You present your conclusions to the management team as an input to define our
B2B strategy. - You support the Sales Department with the
tactical implementation of products or pricing strategies for new acquisitions as well as for contract renewals. To this end, you
identify market opportunities and implement a
smart pricing strategy. - You actively
monitor our price positioning and competitiveness and you are the main point of contact for the transfer pricing team to ensure that our prices always remain competitive. - You manage the performance of our products and assess pricing actions effectiveness through a robust set of
KPI's. - You have a master in economics, business engineering or civil engineering with a commercial mindset or you have a similar experience
- A first experience in product management or pricing is a plus.
- You have thorough knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- You are at least bilingual : Dutch/French, English
- You are able to
think conceptually. - You have an

written and oral presentation skills. - You are motivated and
