Context
The Product Management team is responsible for monitoring the product range (positioning, rationalization, creation of funds or strategies).
It oversees the entire production chain in conjunction with all the teams involved in this process: investment solutions, fund managers, risks, legal, fund legal, marketing, sales, etc.
Your Position
As Product Manager your main tasks will be as follows:
- Work alongside the Head of Product Management.
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Ensure the presentation of the product projects to the internal approving instance (Product Validation Committee).
- Stay informed about regulatory requirements and industry standards relevant to asset management products. Ensure products comply with relevant regulations and guidelines.
- Ensure the continuous improvement of the processes related to the Product Management activity and their compliance with Regulation.
- Ensure the continuous improvement of the templates and documentations related to the Product Management activity and their compliance with Regulation.
- Effectively communicate product plans and updates to internal stakeholders, including senior management, asset managers, sales teams and client services teams.
- Be responsible for data management relating to AUM & Flows information system.
- Assist in conducting regular reviews of costs and fees associated with the firm’s products. Collaborate with operational teams to analyze cost structures, fee structures and expense ratios.
Your Profile
- You have a Master’s degree in economics or finance
- You have at least 5 years of experience in the field of asset management,
- You are ideally trilingual (Dutch, French, English).
- You have good knowledge of financial markets and/or fund structuring aspects.
- You have experience in project management, you take initiatives, and you know how to set the right priorities.
- You have an analytical mind; you know how to synthesize things and you keep an overview.
- You are flexible, proactive, you enjoy working in a team and working with people across the whole organization.
- You have technical skills related to data management.
