Head of Marketing Dpam

**Context**:
The Marketing Team of DPAM, the Asset Management Company of **Degroof Petercam**, is looking for a **Head of Marketing**, a new role that will report to the CEO at DPAM.
We are looking for a result-driven Marketing Head who can lead, inspire and develop a team of marketing specialists at the service of all DPAM stakeholders represented by internal teams and our broad domestic and international client base.
**Your Position**:
- Lead, inspire and motivate a specialist global marketing team on the basis of a well-articulated strategy
- Ensure compliance of all marketing material with local and international regulatory standards.
- Ensure brand coherence across marketing channels as well as seeking alignment with DP brand strategy.
- Engage with portfolio and fund management teams in order to strengthen investment solution positioning. Seek to develop best-in-class fund presentations that stand out versus competitors.
- Identify, formulate and implement process efficiency across marketing domains covered by the team.
**Your Profile**:
- Master’s degree or equivalent with proven experience in the advertising, marketing and communication function across channels within the financial industry.
- A minimum of 7 to 10 years of working experience.
- Strong and practical knowledge on regulatory requirements publishing product information across, distribution channels and geographies.
- Experience of managing a team distributing activities efficiently targeting quality outcomes within well-articulated deadlines.
- Significant experience of influencing and managing complex stakeholder relationships across multiple business teams.
- Understanding existing and emerging digital tools with a deep understanding of digital touchpoints and web analytics
- Excellent reporting and verbal communication skills
- Fluent in English, F and/or D, an extra language being an asset.
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills,
- In essence a critical thinker and problem-solver with a can-do attitude;
