Administrative Assistant at The Food and Drug

Typical tasks:
Formulation of the budget, forecasting, and preparation of monthly, quarterly and yearly financial reporting, and the management of spend plans.
Travel arrangements and vouchers. Office management duties including time and attendance, purchase orders/procurements, office supply and equipment inventories, and office records management.Key aspects of events connected to VIP visitors and office events, including development of lists of invitees, tracking RSVPs, securing appropriate venues for activities within Mission or externally.
Dynamic and multi-cultural work environment.

EDUCATION:
Secondary school diploma.
EXPERIENCE:
Three (3) years of experience in finance, accounting, and/or U.S. Government (USG) budgeting processes.
LANGUAGE:
Fluency in English. Good working knowledge in French or Dutch.
