Vanuit het magazijn te Hoboken en Zemst, beleveren ze dagelijks klanten in de Benelux en tot ver buiten Europa. Klanten zijn productiebedrijven, actief in verschillende sectoren zoals voeding, farmacie, cosmetica, dranken, chemie en household.
Om hun team te versterken is Covera Packaging opzoek naar een nieuwe collega die samen met hen de groei van het bedrijf kan bewerkstelligen.
**Jouw functie**:
- Je beheert de masterdata van het ruime product gamma in het bedrijfseigen ERP-systeem. Je zorgt voor de nodige documenten (o.a. technische tekeningen, verpakkingsspecificaties van artikels, ) en informatie en registreert alles in het systeem.
- Je behandelt en volgt klachten van klanten op. Daarin ben je dé schakel tussen klant en leverancier en verzamel je de nodige informatie om de klacht onderbouwd te beargumenteren en op te volgen. Indien nodig voer je een kwaliteitsbezoek uit bij de klant en/of fabrikant.
- Je beheert verscheidenen certificaten (BRC, ISO, ),volgt de geldigheid ervan op en bezorgt ze aan de klant.
- Je vult specifieke questionnaires in op vraag van klanten, die actief zijn in de Food en Pharma sector.
**Jouw profiel**:
- Je beschikt over een hoger denk
- en werkniveau dat je behaald hebt door een bacheloropleiding of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
- Je hebt reeds een eerste werkervaring binnen een administratieve functie.
- Ervaring of interesse in kwaliteit is zeer mooi meegenomen.
- Je kan jezelf zeer goed uitdrukken in het Nederlands en goed in het Frans en Engels.
- Je kan je werk autonoom organiseren en bent stressbesteding.
