Nous sommes actuellement à la recherche d'un **Call Advisor** motivé et à temps plein. Dans ce rôle, vous serez le premier point de contact avec le client et vous prendrez des rendez-vous pour les conseillers de vente.

Vous êtes sociable, vous parlez couramment et vous avez une bonne dose de persuasion ? Dans ce cas, nous pourrions avoir besoin de vous

**Vos responsabilités**
- Vous assurez le suivi des clients potentiels et planifiez des rendez-vous pour notre équipe de vente.
- Vous contactez des clients potentiels par téléphone et répondez à leurs questions sur nos produits et services.
- Vous analysez les besoins des clients et les sensibilisez au sujet de l'énergie solaire.
- Vous donnez des conseils d'expert sur le système de panneaux solaires optimal
- Vous tenez à jour la base de données clients
- Vous vous concentrez sur la réalisation des objectifs de vente, tant individuellement qu'en équipe.

**Ce dont vous avez besoin**
- Aucun diplôme spécifique n'est requis, il suffit d'une bonne dose de motivation
- Une expérience dans une fonction d'appel est un plus
- Intérêt pour les énergies renouvelables et sensibilisation à l'environnement
- Fort pouvoir de persuasion
- Bonne connaissance du néerlandais
- Une bonne connaissance du français est un atout majeur
