**Wat ga je doen?**:
- Je stuurt een bid team aan dat verantwoordelijk is voor de inhoud van de offerte
- Door jouw uitstekende management en leiderschap skills kan je het bid team motiveren om top prestaties neer te zetten en het naar een hoger niveau te tillen
- Je begrijpt en analyseert de behoeften van de klant
- Op basis van de vereisten van de klant stel je een bid plan op zodat je de nodige taken kan opvolgen om de offerte samen te stellen binnen de vooropgestelde deadlines
- Je bewaakt de voortgang van de offerte tijdens de verschillende fasen van het offerteproces in termen van tijd (mijlpalen en deadlines), kwaliteit, capaciteit, organisatie, risico's en kansen, budget, scope, compliance
- Je begeleidt de commerciële workshops, van winning strategie tot due diligence, tot contracting
- Je streeft continu naar een zo hoog mogelijke kwaliteit en volgt de toegewezen taken strikt op
- In deze rol werk je nauw samen met de accountmanager, pre-sales architecten, project managers en service managers
- Je bereidt interne review meetings voor, samen met het bid team
- Je onderhoudt interne contacten met aankoop, legal, finance, HR en partners.
**Wat breng jij mee?**:
- We zien graag mínimaal 6 jaar ervaring in het aansturen van bid teams om binnen de gestelde deadlines kwalitatieve offertes op te leveren
- Je hebt een Master diploma of equivalent door ervaring
- Je beschikt over een aantoonbaar track-record van succesvolle, grote, complexe Applications en/of Infrastructuur deals
- En hebt een goede kennis van Applications en/of Infrastructuur proposals
- Bid
- en projectmanagement technieken en methodologie zijn je vertrouwd
- Daarnaast ben je uitermate commercieel ingesteld en ga je creatief en proactief te werk
- Je beschikt over voldoende assertiviteit en inlevingsvermogen om complexe situaties te managen
- Planning en organisatie zijn je tweede natuur
- Afhankelijk van de gestelde deadlines ben je bereid je uitermate flexibel op te stellen
