Search and Performance Specialist

The mission of the Search and Performance Specialist is to support online business expansion and growth and contribute to an excellent customer experience regarding search and performance of our platforms :
- Develop and carry out a roadmap for long-term improvement of search and performance : Build and execute a long-term vision and strategy for search and performance metrics of Delhaize Ecommerce, aligning with the company's targets and customer satisfaction goals.
- Monitor and report on search and performance metrics : Monitor Delhaize e-commerce key performance indicators, set up a reporting process with the right KPIs, analyze and communicate about Delhaize's search and performance metrics to key stakeholders.
- Project management : Develop and execute project plans for search optimization and performance initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
- Stakeholder Collaboration and Communication : Present findings & actionable insights to cross functional teams and lead effective collaboration to implement relevant recommendations.
- Master's degree in business, marketing, data analytics.
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar position, performance management / data analytics.
- Experience in e-commerce is a plus.
- Analytical Skills : Strong ability to analyze large and complex datasets, identify trends, and draw actionable insights.
- Project management skills with experience driving cross-functional initiatives and building long-term roadmaps.
- Data Analysis Tools : Proficiency in using data analysis software and tools such as Excel, Power BI, Adobe Analytics.
- Attention to Detail : High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data analysis and reporting.
- Communication Skills : Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present complex data in a clear and concise manner, in English and French and/or Dutch.
- Problem-Solving : Strong problem-solving skills to identify issues, develop solutions, and implement changes to improve performance.
- Business Acumen : Understanding of the business environment, market dynamics, and customer behavior relevant to the industry.
- Team Collaboration : Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
