Business controller Retail Operations

Als financiële partner van het Retail Operations team sta je in voor de controlling en de financiële analyses van jouw scope. Je verleent advies met het oog op een tijdige en nauwkeurige follow-up, budgettering en prognosestelling.
Je komt terecht in een team dat de prestaties van alle Delhaizewinkels in België en Luxemburg beheert - goed voor meer dan 800 vestigingen. Onze belangrijkste missie is dan ook het opstellen van budgetten voor verkoop, het opvolgen van kosten en het monitoren van nvesteringen en prestaties.
Een greep uit jouw verantwoordelijkheden:
- Financiële analyses: Door jouw accurate financiële analyses bied je jouw business inzicht in de financiële status van jouw departement. Je baseert je hiervoor op gegevens uit verschillende bronnen.
- Trusted advisor: Je verleent jouw business financieel bedrijfsadvies op proactieve en reactieve wijze, zowel periodiek als op ad-hocbasis. Zo houd je de leidinggevenden op de hoogte en draag je bij aan een onderbouwde besluitvorming.
- Informatiemanagement: Je verzamelt gegevens uit verschillende bronnen als uitgangspunt voor gepaste en accurate financiële analyses voor de business
- Bijdragen tot een learning culture: Je volgt relevante ontwikkelingen in jouw domein op, wisselt kennis uit met collega's en draagt met plezier bij tot de overdracht van kennis binnen Delhaize.
- Op jouw CV prijkt minstens een bachelordiploma.
- Je hebt een eerste relevante ervaring in finance achter de rug.
- Je bent proactief en leergierig.
- Je vindt het uitdagend om in een veeleisende omgeving te werken.
- Excel kent geen geheimen voor jou.
- Je spreekt vloeiend Engels en Nederlands en/of Frans.
Je werkt in ons hoofdkantoor te Kobbegem.

Over DelhaizeBeter leven begint bij beter eten. Dat geloven wij bij Delhaize met heel ons hart. Daarom zetten wij ons in voor het eten op het bord van 5 miljoen klanten, elke week opnieuw. In meer dan 810 winkels kunnen Belgische en Luxemburgse klanten terecht voor een uitgebreid assortiment van meer dan 20.000 kwaliteitsproducten. Van een snelle stop in een Shop&Go, over dagelijkse boodschappen in een lokale Proxy tot een ruim aanbod binnen onze AD Delhaize's; en vergeet zeker onze e-commerce diensten niet.
Die hele keten van voeding, die start binnen onze Logistiek. De 2200 collega's in onze distributiecentra van Zellik en Ninove verwerken dagelijks alle producten van onze leveranciers, vaak van Belgische bodem, en brengen deze via meer dan 3000 leveringen per dag tot bij onze winkels.
Maar het stopt niet in onze winkels of logistiek. Want ook onze meer dan 1000 collega's binnen Finance, HR, IT, Commerce of Legal staan staan om elkaar en onze klanten te helpen goed te eten.
