Wij wensen graag ons team versterken met een Retail Business Process & System Specialist
Als Retail Business Process & System Specialist ben je verantwoordelijk voor de ontwikkeling van de dealersystemen en -processen binnen het Belux dealernetwerk. Je rapporteert aan de Retail & Marketing Manager en zorgt voor een efficiënt gebruik van het Renault Trucks Dealer Management System (RTDMS) en de bijbehorende applicaties.
Je belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden omvatten:
- Het fungeren als expert / key user en primaire contactpersoon voor het dealernetwerk met betrekking tot RTDMS in de Belux regio.
- Coördineren en begeleiden van RTDMS-implementaties en -upgrades, zorgen voor opleiding, coaching ter plaatse en documentatieondersteuning.
- Ondersteunen van voortdurende verbetering door en faciliteren van wijzigingsverzoeken voor het ontwikkelingsteam, testen van nieuwe versies en begeleiding in best practices.
- Optimaliseren van ontvangst- en workshopprocessen in samenwerking met HQ (Lyon), RT Belux-collega's en dealers.
- Het uitrollen van nieuwe support tools en processen naar het dealernetwerk.
- Garanderen van datakwaliteit door het monitoren van voertuigstamgegevens, rapporteren van eventuele problemen en ondernemen van noodzakelijke acties.

We zoeken kandidaten die aan de volgende criteria voldoen:
- Bachelordiploma of gelijkwaardige kwalificatie.
- Relevante ervaring in de auto-industrie, met kennis van dealer management systemen als een pluspunt.
- Vaardigheid in MS Office en de bereidheid om nieuwe software te leren.
- Sterke projectmanagementvaardigheden.
- Goed kunnen werken in een internationaal team.
- Effectieve communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling, inclusief presentatievaardigheden voor diverse doelgroepen.
- Proactieve en klantgerichte instelling.
- Vaardigheid in Engels, Nederlands en Frans.
