The Access Management department serves the purpose of managing on a global level how the company deals with the management of user access permissions and reduces security risks by offering adequate solutions and services for Logical Access Management.

You will guarantee the respect of asset information security and ensure correct implementation of the security model.You define and promote the Asset Modeling (AM) frameworks for coordinating and planning a service oriented approach:You take ownership about the AM process and keep it updated/improved.Ensure that the necessary AM procedures exist, are communicated and used by the security communityProvide guidance, training and support to the security community in the implementation and operation of the security modelling;Assist and advice the Asset Business responsible and IT developers in defining logical & technical permission management inside the assets (applications, packages, systems, file shares, ...).Assess, challenge and validate request to change security on assets according the Information Security PolicyExecute daily checks to keep the overall asset models under controlyour profile Capable of quickly understand, analyse and document detailed processes in Information SecurityCapable of performing functional analysis on security aspects across different business linesStrong and broad technical background+2 years' experience in security technology and processes (Identity & Access Management aspects, Segregation of Duties, Role Based Access Control)Knowledge of the Information Security Standards & FrameworksExpertise in MS Active Directory OR Websphere OR Mainframe OR Linux/Unix OR Oracle OR Cloud computingExcellent experience with MS Excel and SQL requests2 years' experience in a professional environmentProfessional experience within the Banking and Finance IndustryQuick self-starter, pro-active attitude, resilientGood communication and influencing skillsGood analytical and reporting skillsAutonomy, commitment and perseveranceFocused and result-oriented, strictness in project follow-upTeam playerAbility to work in a dynamic and multi-cultural environment
