Description
- Responsible for P&L and KPI's analysis, and financial reporting to the BE/NL Board
- Strategic advice to the Country Manager, acting as a true Business Partner
- Responsible for the budgeting process, in direct contact with the Heads of Departments and the Country Manager
- Responsible for rolling forecasts and variance analysis
- Focus on Sales, Supply Chain and Marketing controlling
- Participation in ad-hoc M&A and IT projects
Profile
- Master's degree (Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent) strongly recommended
- Fluency in English + either French or Dutch is mandatory, a good command of the other national language is a strong asset
- At least 4 years' experience in a similar position
- Proactivity, analytical skills and communication skills are your 3 essential qualities
- You have the mindset of a Business Partner, and like to leave your mark on a Finance department and support a Board in its strategic decisions.
- You are naturally curious and proactive about ad-hoc projects (M&A, improving IT tools, etc.).
