Our client, a major actor in the Consultancy sector, based in Brussels, is actively looking for a Business Controller.

As a Business Controller, you will be reporting to the Finance Director and responsible of the following tasks:
  • Participation in the development and continuous improvement of weekly reporting for all services lines (knowledge of power bi is a must);
  • Based on relevant KPIs, implementation of weekly operational data analysis;
  • Consolidation and control of information reported at a group level from different tools or communication channels;
  • Support for the sales department in their activities;
  • Carrying out ad hoc analyses on behalf of various internal actors.

You will also support the Financial Controlling department:
  • Participation in the budget process;
  • Production of monthly analytical financial statement for all services lines;
  • Improve financial monthly reporting by working closely with accounting to identify and correct discrepencies;
  • Follow-up and review of time tracking;
  • Analyse and report monthly results and compare them to budgeted figures;
  • Improving the structure and quality of monthly reporting in the context of the evolution of the Group's information systems;
  • Participate in the calculation of sales bonuses and the production of necessary documentation;
  • Ad hoc analyses and responses to requests for information from the Group.

Profile :
  • Master's degree specialising in Finance /Economics;
  • Experience in Audit, Finance or Business Control ; 3-4 Year's experience in management control, audit or corporate finance is required;
  • Knowledge of VBA & PowerBI or other BI & analysis tools is a must;
  • Fluent in English and French.
