Jouw functie
- Je werkgebied is de Belgische professionele verfmarkt, en in mindere mate ook de DIY verfmarkt.
- Het betreft deels een binnendienst en deels een buitendienstfunctie, naargelang de noden van de klant.
- De merken waarmee je zal werken zijn oa Sikkens, Herbol, Trimetal en Polyfilla Pro. Voor DIY zijn dit Levis, Xyladecor, Hammerite en Polyfilla.
- Je levert ondersteuning aan zowel interne als externe stakeholders. Intern betreft dit Sales en Marketing. Externe stakeholders zijn schilders, sales en baliemedewerkers van de verfgroothandels, architecten en andere voorschrijvers in de bouw.
- Concreet behelst jouw functie voornamelijk het maken en geven van verftechnische trainingen, met focus op onze professionele merken.
- Het betreft zowel theoretische als praktijkgerichte opleidingen aan hierboven vermeld divers intern en extern doelpubliek.
- Je hebt de vrijheid om de trainingen naar jouw hand te zetten en het nodige materiaal te voorzien om deze tot een succes te maken.
- Buiten de klassieke face to face trainingen wordt er binnen team Academy ook sterk ingezet op moderne originele formats om verftechnische kennis aan te bieden, zoals e-learnings, podcasts, Virtual Reality waaraan je een belangrijke bijdrage levert.
- Je werkt ook mee aan de ontwikkeling van nieuwe opleidingsconcepten, waardoor je de verfopleidingen van de toekomst verder mee vorm kan geven.
- Je werkt dagelijks in nauw teamverband met jouw collegas van team Academy; de andere technische teams, Sales en Marketing.
- De organisatie van je werk bepaal je samen met jouw manager.
- Je houdt je eigen technische expertise up-to-date door nauw samen te werken met de collega¿s van de technische teams en het opvolgen van verftechnische evoluties in de schilderswereld.

Een loopbaan in een technisch commerciële omgeving spreekt je aan.
- Je hebt schilderservaring in de praktijk.
- Je begrijpt de technische aspecten van verf, praktisch en theoretisch.
- Je hebt bij voorkeur een bachelor diploma in een technische richting of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
- Je bent creatief ingesteld met focus op de toekomst.
- Je voelt je comfortabel om voor een groep te spreken.
- Je communiceert vlot in NL/FR.
- Je bent communicatief (zowel schriftelijk als mondeling) en klantgericht ingesteld.
- Je bent vertrouwd met de courante computerprogrammas (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) en bent leergierig om met andere jobspecifieke softwareprogramma's te leren werken.
