Logistics Support Engineer

Functieomschrijving:
Als Logistics Support Engineer sta je in voor het voortdurend uitbouwen en optimaliseren van de logistieke processen en systemen binnen TD SYNNEX Benelux teneinde een uiterst efficiënte en klantgerichte supply chain te garanderen. Hiertoe zal je binnen een aangereikt kader instaan voor de implementatie van projecten met focus op de warehouse processen. De support engineer is een expert in zijn vakgebied met grote focus op kwaliteit en klantgerichtheid.

Jouw voornaamste taken zijn:

  • Algemene Logistieke Rapportage
    • Verzorgen van standaard logistieke rapportages
    • Optimaliseren en automatiseren van standaard logistiek rapportages
    • Opvolging, analyse en rapportage van logistieke kosten
  • Logistics Analysis
    • Opmaak van ad hoc analyses op vraag van logistieke management
    • Valideren van mogelijke proces veranderingen adhv simulaties
  • SAP EWM SuperUser
    • Deelname aan brainstormsessies mbt Logistieke verbeteringen
    • Je verwerft een diepgaande systeemkennis van ons ERP en WMS systeem SAP met focus op de warehouse processen.
    • Uitvoeren van integratie & user acceptance testing
    • End Users trainen
    • Liaison vanuit business & IT
    • Je stemt af met het Europese superuser team om synergieën te detecteren om nieuwe ontwikkelingen op te volgen of bestaande te verbeteren.
  • Logistics Tools and Applications
    • Blueprinten, wijzigen, testen, uitrollen van logistieke applicaties op intranet
    • Functioneel beheer van warehouse-tools
  • Logistics Projects
    • Wordt mee ingezet als gesprekspartner / kritisch klankbord in logistieke projecten
    • Introductie en begeleiding van nieuwe processen binnen logistiek
  • Opmaken van documentatie en geven van trainingen

Jij:

  • Bent in het bezit van een bachelor/master, bij voorkeur in een economische en/of logistieke richting of gelijkgesteld door ervaring
  • Talenkennis: Nederlands en Engels
  • MS Office: Expert in Excel en Access. Goede kennis van Visual Basic is een pluspunt
  • Ervaring met het opzetten en testen van nieuwe processen binnen SAP EWM is een pluspunt

Daarnaast:

  • Ben je bereid om beperkt te reizen in functie van het opbouwen van kennis voor EWM
  • Ben je absolute teamplayer
  • Bezit goede conceptuele en creatieve vaardigheden en bent bereid om processen en systeemdetails te begrijpen en zich eigen te maken.
  • Breng je een opdracht graag tot een goed einde
  • Kan je overzicht behouden tijdens drukke periodes
