The candidate will function as a subject matter expert in the design and implementation of Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions within a complex environment. They will act as a liaison between business, technology, and project management partners, advocating for IAM technology initiatives and guiding the organization in business role modeling and application onboarding. This role requires a proactive approach to optimizing IAM processes and identifying opportunities for improvement, automation, and streamlined integration.

Primary Responsibilities:
Function as a subject matter expert for the successful design and implementation of IAM solutions in a complex environment.Act as a liaison to business, technology, and project management partners, advocating for IAM technology initiatives.Guide the organization in the modeling of business roles and onboarding of applications.Optimize IAM processes and recommend opportunities and solutions for improvement, automation, and streamlined integration.Conduct maturity assessments and technology gap analysis for the IAM program.Translate business requests into functional requirements. Governance & Compliance: Ensure adherence to compliance regulations and policies.Collaborate with IT, Audit, and other oversight teams to understand and remedy audit findings.Answer general inquiries regarding information security practices or security access.Make recommendations for implementing the desired level of access controls.Assist in implementing action plans to address system access issues.Identify, define/approve, and implement continuous process improvements. Reporting: Develop reporting methods and ensure metrics are captured and reported for the team to monitor productivity and quality of service.your profile Technical Expertise: Proficient with IAM tools like SailPoint, CyberArk, Active Directory, or ForgeRock; familiarity with AWS, Salesforce, and Azure.IAM Strategy: Experienced in devising and implementing IAM strategies and solutions for complex enterprises.IAM Knowledge: Strong understanding of current and emerging IAM technologies, Identity Lifecycle, SSO, authentication models, security concepts, SOD, and GDPR.Compliance & Risk Management: In-depth knowledge of technology risk, information security, compliance, and regulatory environments.Analytical Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with attention to detail.Communication & Collaboration: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of leading discussions and building strong relationships.Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.Additional Skills: Ability to make sound business decisions, work well under pressure, and experience in business role modeling. Diplomatic, team player with excellent command of English; knowledge of Dutch or French is an asset.
