Hoe zal je Brussel laten bewegen?
Je werkt binnen het departement Communicatie en rapporteert aan de Communication Director. De hoofdopdracht van het departement bestaat erin de reputatie van de onderneming te verdedigen en haar acties te bevorderen, zowel intern als extern.
Als Internal Communication Manager bestaat je opdracht erin mee te werken aan de uitwerking van de strategie op het vlak van interne communicatie en de rol van people manager te vervullen voor een team van 18 personen, bestaande uit lokale en corporate communicatoren.
Hoe zal je dag eruit zien?
- Je werkt mee aan de opstelling van het intern communicatieplan en ziet toe op de verspreiding en de toepassing ervan.
- Je identificeert, ontwikkelt, dynamiseert en implementeert de interne communicatiemiddelen (tijdschrift "Van Lijn Tot Lijn",schermen, intranet, meetings, ...).
- Je vervult de rol van project manager in de strategische projecten.
- Je staat in voor de coördinatie van de aanvragen van je interne klanten met als doel zo goed mogelijk te voldoen aan hun behoeften en de bedrijfscultuur te ondersteunen; je bent betrokken van de analysefase tot de fase van overdracht aan de productie.
- Je staat in voor het beheer van het jaarlijks budget van de Interne Communicatie.

Een eerlijk loonbeleid
Bij de MIVB wordt je loon op een transparante manier berekend, rekening houdend met je verantwoordelijkheden en ervaring, ongeacht je geslacht of achtergrond
- Diploma: je hebt een masterdiploma in de communicatie of hebt een gelijkwaardige nuttige opleiding genoten.
- Jouw ervaring: je kan een degelijke ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie voorleggen; inclusief teammanagemen
- Technische kennis: je hebt een zeer goede kennis van de gebruikte of bruikbare technieken en media op het vlak van interne communicatie evenals communicatiestrategieën naar verschillende doelgroepen toe. ; je beheerst het journalistiek schrijven;
- Kennis van IT-tools: je beheerst de courante IT-tools.
- Talenkennis: U beheerst zowel het Frans als het Nederlands mondeling en hebt een perfecte schriftelijke kennis van een van deze twee talen.
- Persoonlijke kwaliteiten: je geeft blijk van leadership en bent in staat om je medewerkers te coachen en te ontwikkelen; je hebt onderhandelingsvaardigheden en bent diplomatisch; je bent creatief en hebt tevens een goed analyse- en conceptualiseringsvermogen; je beheert je projecten met succes en bent resultaatgericht.
