Op zoek naar een boeiende job als Manufacturing Process Engineer in de farmaceutische industrie bij Randstad Professionals - Life Sciences Vlaanderen?
Binnen de autonome product unit (APU) van onze klant staan we in voor de commerciële productie van monoklonale antilichamen. Kortelings zal hier process validatie en ramp-up naar een commerciële manufacturing van een nieuw fusie proteine bijkomen. De job opening kadert in deze ramp-up waarbij we met het team in korte tijdspanne mee moeten werken om een robuust en kwalitatief productieprocess te bekomen.
Het team heeft een ondersteunende rol binnen de manufacturing APU, en biedt processkennis en technische expertise aan een verscheidenheid van departementen.
Ons uitgangspunt hierbij is dat we voldoende, veilige, doeltreffende en effectieve medicatie blijven voorzien voor onze patienten. We streven er naar om in de APU omgeving elke dag te blijven verbeteren in onze processen, procedures, mensen en organisatie.

Als Manufacturing Engineer kom je in de eerste plaats vooral in contact met allerhande problemen binnen het productieproces. Deze problemen moeten snel en grondig onderzocht worden naar oorzaak en potentiële impact naar het product, process en regelgeving. Daaropvolgend moet er finaal een oplossing gevonden worden zodat het probleem zich in de toekomst niet meer voordoet.
Daarnaast dient een Manufacturing Engineer in staat te zijn om zelfstandig kleine projecten, wijzigingen en initiatieven te leiden en/of te supporteren om deze uiteindelijk op te leveren in lijn met de algemene doelen en tijdslijnen van de APU en de site.
Behandelen en coördineren van process afwijkingen en deviatiesUitvoeren van root cause analyses dmv interviews, data collectie, ...Uitvoeren van product en process impact assessment (technisch en wetenschappelijk)Helpen aanleveren en behandelen van correctieve en/of preventieve actiesSupporteren van dagelijkse performance en deviation management en ondersteuning van ad hoc issues samen met manufacturing, Quality Assurance en Technical serviceSupporteren, door het geven van advies en technische deskundigheid, van continue verbeteringsinitiatieven: process verbeteringen, documentatie wijzigingen, ...Supporteren van run-to-run opvolging en process data trendingSubject Matter Expert (SME) en aanspreekpunt binnen de afdelingen en bij interne en externe auditsjouw aanbod Ervaring en/of goede kennis met Bio-farmaceutische productie (upstream/downstream proces), GMP regels en Quality/ComplianceAnalytisch en proactiesEnthousiast & leergierig ( "welcome the problem")Stressbestendig en gewend om met deadlines te werkenTeamplayer & CommunicatiefMaster degree of gelijkwaardig door ervaringErvaring met Root Cause analyse tools is een plusVertrouwd met BioLIMS, Datastream, Delta V, MES is een plusBiologics productie kennis (mAbs fed-batch productie) is een plus
