Comment faites-vous bouger Bruxelles ?

Vous travaillez au sein de l'équipe Business Solutions (BSO) qui a pour responsabilité de fournir l'ensemble des applications dédiées au business (SAP, SharePoint, Documentum, gestion du site internet, etc.)

En tant que Project Manager, vous assurez la coordination des projets transversaux au département depuis la phase de pré-étude jusqu'à la phase de transfert vers la production opérationnelle. Vous veillez au respect des délais fixés et intégrez les contraintes techniques et budgétaires afin de répondre au mieux aux besoins des clients internes et externes.



De quoi sera composé votre quotidien ?
  • Coordination des projets transverses (projets de type SAAS, déploiement/ développement d'applications)
  • Coordination des différents POC technologiques s'inscrivant dans la roadmap stratégique digitale.
  • Coordination des projets liés à la sécurité et la protection de la vie privée.
  • Mise en place de solutions transversales au département Business Solutions.
  • Synchronisation des roadmaps des services du département Business Solutions.
  • Participation active dans les analyses liées au services Business Solutions.

Une politique de rémunération équitable

A la STIB, votre salaire est calculé en toute transparence, en tenant compte de vos responsabilités et de votre expérience, peu importe votre sexe ou vos origines

  • Vous possédez un diplôme niveau Master ou Bachelor ou équivalent par expérience.
  • Vous disposez d'une première expérience réussie dans une fonction analogue.
  • Vous avez une formation et/ou une expérience dans la gestion de projets et de budgets, la négociation et le leadership.
  • Des atouts appréciés : une connaissance/expérience au niveau des marchés publics, la gestion de fournisseurs de service et le management de plusieurs équipes.
  • Connaissance de la deuxième langue nationale avec une maîtrise technique de l'anglais.
  • Vos qualités personnelles : Sens de l'organisation et gestion des priorités. Bonne structure, proactivité, esprit d'analyse et de synthèse, sens de la communication, autonomie, orientation résultat (problem solver), esprit d'équipe.
