As business analist/project manager healthcare, you monitor the business and its workforce management, you support the business users and lead projects in order to ensure the current and future good functioning of the department Healthcare.

This entails the analysis of business needs, data, business process & tools, use those results to drive new tactics, improvements and projects.

You support the business in the necessary change management linked to the digitization of the processes (f.i. Gen AI projects).
As coordinator in change, you facilitate the collaboration between the business- and IT stakeholders.

You frequently work in conjunction with operations, the center of excellence and management and you ensure the communication of relevant information between the different involved parties.

Key Responsibility 1: Business monitoring, workforce management and support
Objective: For both external and internal clients, to produce and implement reports and workforce planning. Provide regular feedback and recommendations to the management. Thanks to the analysis, work in close collaboration with the business in order to guarantee an optimal productivity, efficiency and quality of service. Gather and analyse user needs and problems concerning administration applications and extranet, and formulate proposals for a solution. Write/update instructions with the aim of achieving the most optimal way of handling our business. Within the framework of his area of competence, to provide answers to questions/problems of his colleagues/users while taking into account the rules and procedures established by the department.

Key Responsibility 2: Achieving project objectives by planning/evaluating and implementing activities
Objective: In collaboration with the management, to accompany projects in its technical field

  1. Actively investigate and respond to the wishes and needs of internal and external customers and work with the internal customer to find appropriate solutions.
  2. Determine the size/scope of the project.
  3. Plan the project.
  4. Carry out the activities in the different phases.
  5. Monitor the progress of the project.
  6. Closing, debriefing and possibly handing over another finished product.

Key Responsibility 3: Projectmanagement
Objective: Lead and guide projects

  1. Guide projectmembers
  2. Take decisions in certain sub-areas
  3. Organize and set-up the steering of the project
  4. Organize and execute the project communication both internal and external

Key Responsibility 4 : Ensure contact and coordination with IT
Objective: To be the link between business and IT

  1. Detecting current and future automation/Digitalization needs. Gather and analyse user needs and problems concerning administration applications and extranet, and formulate proposals for a solution.
  2. Participate in arrangements for the "development of new applications or modifications to existing applications" with a view to proposing the best possible solution for the administration while taking into account budgetary possibilities.
  3. Follow up on the implementation of the requested developments or improvements.
  4. Designing and carrying out acceptance tests and answering questions/problems raised during the implementation phase in order to guarantee a rapid commissioning of the developed systems.

Your Profile
You have a master degree and by preference you have at least 3 years of experience in a comparable function. You have experience in processmodelling (BPMN) and a broad experience in managing workshops, formalizing business needs and in the management of business- and IT projects.You have a good knowledge of Microsoft-tools.Experience in the healthcare sector is a plusThanks to your experience in change management and your communication skills, you can easily handle a context in which agreement needs to be found between different actors. You have a conceptual and analytical mind and you have strong synthesis skills.You are a teamplayer and you like working in a project-mode.You have a good knowledge of Dutch, French and English.
