Voor een grote beursgenoteerde speler in de IT sector, meer bepaald gespecialiseerd in consulting, IT technology en het uitgeven van specifieke bedrijfssoftware / ERP pakketten zijn we op zoek naar een Junior Financial Controller om het Finance team te versterken.

Je komt terecht bij één van de meest succesvolle IT spelers wereldwijd die een voorkeurspartner is voor multinationals en organisaties op het vlak van digitale technologie en IT. Ze ondersteunen hun klanten bij de transformatie van hun bedrijfs-en informatiesystemen. Als Junior Financial Controller zorg je dat de financiële prestaties van jouw specifieke Business Unit gewaarborgd blijven en ondersteun je het managementteam in hun dagelijkse activiteiten.


Als Junior Financial Controller rapporteer je rechtstreeks aan de Business Unit Manager en ondersteun je hem met de volgende taken:

  • Beheer van de winst- en verliesrekening van samen met de Country Manager/Agency Manager.
  • Maandelijkse afsluiting: rapportage over totale kosten en totale inkomsten, margeberekeningen, vergelijking van resultaten, forecasting en budget.
  • Forecasting: 3 maanden rollende forecasting van te verwachten kostenposten, inkomsten en marges.
  • Verdere taken:
    • Controle van externe en interne facturen
    • Cash management
    • Tijdregistratie van medewerkers en aannemers
    • Onkostendeclaraties goedkeuren en verwerken
    • Beheer van externe aannemers
    • Leveranciersbeheer
  • Daarnaast biedt je organisatorische ondersteuning voor het managementteam waarbij je verschillende ad hoc projecten en taken zal uitvoeren.

  • Je hebt tussen de 1 en 4 jaar ervaring in een financiële rol;
  • Je wilt deel uitmaken van een groeiende organisatie, met een hands-on managementteam en je bent niet bang om uitdagingen aan te gaan;
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands met uitstekende kennis van Engels/Frans;
  • Je hebt een flexibele, gestructureerde en klantgerichte persoonlijkheid;
  • Je pakt nieuwe taken aan met inzet, nauwkeurigheid en onafhankelijkheid;
  • Je hebt ervaring met aangepaste financiële rapportagesystemen.
