Hoe zal je Brussel laten bewegen?
Als Project Manager werk je in de afdeling Uitrustingen van de Speciale Studiedienst meer bepaald in de afdeling Zwakstroom. Je krijgt de kans om projecten van a tot z op te volgen en komt zo in aanraking met verscheidene installaties voor comfort en veiligheid en met telecommunicatienetwerken
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het dagelijks beheer van projecten op het vlak van zwakstroomtechnieken, van de voorstudiefase tot de fase van overdracht aan de operationele productie. Daarbij leef je de vastgestelde termijnen na en hou je rekening met de technische en budgettaire beperkingen om zo goed mogelijk te voldoen aan de behoeften van de interne en externe klanten.
Hoe zal je dag eruit zien?
- Je start het project op: uitvoering van een vooranalyse en de risicoanalyse met betrekking tot het project; bepaling van de dienstverleners, de gesprekspartners en de experts; bepaling van het project charter en invoering van het project.
- Je staat in voor de studiefase: beheer van de fase van opstelling van de bestekken, de offertes en de bestellingen.
- Je garandeert de uitvoering ervan: toezicht op de functionele en technische analyses en coördinatie van de ontwikkelings-, uitvoerings-, test- en opleidingsfase.
- Je zorgt ervoor dat de doelstellingen van het project bereikt worden wat betreft de Q-C-D (quality, cost, delivery).
- Je staat in voor de inproductiestelling van het project.
- Je beheert het projectteam: je stelt het team samen; je coördineert de acties en de samenwerking tussen de teamleden, de verschillende belanghebbende partijen en de onderaannemers.
- Je werkt mee aan de opvolging van de marktevolutie (de interne behoeften van de MIVB, het aanbod op de internationale markt, de kandidaat-leveranciers).
- Je hebt een masterdiploma in een technische richting (idealiter elektronica, elektriciteit of automatisering).
- Goede kennis van automatiserings- en/of IT-technieken.
- Kennis van de regels voor overheidsopdrachten is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste.
- Je beheerst het Frans of het Nederlands (zowel mondeling als schriftelijk); Je hebt ten minste een passieve kennis van de andere taal.
- Persoonlijke kwaliteiten: vlot prioriteiten kunnen beheren, openstaan voor verandering, zin voor initiatief hebben en zelfstandig kunnen werken, nauwgezet en gestructureerd zijn, zich een totaalbeeld kunnen vormen en kunnen anticiperen
