We zijn op zoek naar een bekwame en ervaren Digital Communication Officer om ons Project communication team te versterken. De ideale kandidaat zal zorgen voor het beheer en de versterking van de digitale communicatiestrategieën van onze organisatie in het kader van onze projecten. Dit houdt o.a. in het community management van de Facebook pagina van de infrastructuurprojecten en de digitale tools die intern en extern worden gebruikt om over deze projecten te communiceren.
Als Digital Communication Officer heb je een sleutelrol in het versterken van ons bedrijfsimago en het opbouwen van sterke online communities. Ben je een techneut en ge nteresseerd in online stakeholdercommunicatie, aarzel dan niet om te solliciteren.
Verantwoordelijkheden:
- Een uitgebreide digitale communicatiestrategie ontwikkelen en implementeren voor de infrastructuurprojecten die aansluit bij de doelstellingen van onze organisatie.
- Onze online community beheren op de verschillende sociale-mediaplatformen, met name Facebook, Instagram of andere sociale-mediaplatformen.
- Boeiende content creëren voor onze digitale platformen, onder meer blogposts, artikels, nieuwsbrieven en sociale-media-updates om ons publiek te betrekken en de online aanwezigheid van onze organisatie te boosten.
- Monitoren, traceren en rapporteren over de feedback en online reviews van onze communities.
- De interne digitale tools beheren alsook het ontwerp van templates, de ‘calls-to-action' en content.
- De digitale technologische trends op de voet volgen en nieuwe ideeën voorstellen om de digitale strategie van de organisatie te versterken.
- Snel en professioneel reageren op opmerkingen en vragen van stakeholders.
- Netwerken met professionals uit de sector en influencers via sociale media om een sterk netwerk op te bouwen.
- Het Projectcommunicatieteam ondersteunen bij de communicatie over de projecten via het leveren van content (publicaties, stories, ...).

- Je hebt een bachelor in marketing, communicatie op zak of heeft relevante ervaring in het vakgebied.
- Je hebt werkervaring als Digital Communication Specialist of in een gelijkaardige functie.
- Je hebt ervaring met community management en sociale media.
- Je hebt uitstekende kennis van Facebook, Instagram of andere sociale- mediaplatformen.
- Je hebt uitstekende schrijf-, redactie- en communicatievaardigheden.
- Je bent vertrouwd met webdesign en publishing.
- Je kan het websiteverkeer en de metingen van het online engagement van onze stakeholders interpreteren.
- Je hebt kennis van MS Office en sociale-mediasoftware.
- Je bent perfect Nederlands- en/of Franstalig en hebt een zeer goede kennis Engels.
- Je bent een problem solver en je kan multitasken.
- Je kan in een snelle omgeving en met deadlines werken.
