  • Ondersteuning van onze bestaande klantenbasis in de automatisatie industrie (Ineos, Johnson & Johnson, Total, etc.)
  • Opbouwen, uitbreiden en werven van nieuwe klanten als eerste aanspreekpunt voor uitgebreide klantenondersteuning.
  • Regelmatige ondersteuning en advies voor technische en commerciële contacten.
  • Actieve opvolging van offertes en projectopvolging.
  • Klantaanvragen voorbereiden voor verwerking door het interne verkoopteam.
  • Monitoring en rapportering van klant specifieke kerncijfers.
  • Ontwikkeling en onderhoud van netwerken.
  • Je werkt je nauw samen met Operations Managers, Projectleiders, Service Engineers en je collega's Inside Sales Engineers.

  • Je behaalde een technisch diploma (elektromechanica, chemie, chemische procestechnologie,...).
  • Je hebt een sterke interesse in de industriële sector en je bent nieuwsgierig naar nieuwe technologieën toe.
  • Je denkt van nature oplossingsgericht en je pakt graag uit met je commerciële ingesteldheid.
  • Je bent een enthousiaste netwerker die niet terugdeinst voor digitale klantencontacten.
  • Je bent een proactieve go-getter die nieuwe productlanceringen snel in je verkoopstrategie weet op te nemen.
  • Naast het Nederlands spreek je vloeiend Engels.

Jij loopt voor als je:

  • Ervaring hebt in een industriële automatiseringsomgeving; met kennis van soortgelijke technische producten (bijv. stromingsregeling, drukbeheer, kleppen, actuators, regelkleppen) en begrip van soortgelijke industrieën (bijv. chemische, petrochemische, olie & gas, energie, life science)
