To support our expansion in Belgium, we are looking for a Growth Sales.

As Growth Sales at Devoteam, you work closely with the sales team (10) on our ambition to become a leading partner of the finest clients in the Belgian market.

As a Sales Support, you play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and driving sales of our advanced cloud and IT solutions. You are responsible for supporting all (sales) matters that ensure we can make our customers even more successful. You will work closely with the Sales Directors, who are ultimately responsible for the customer relationship, to achieve strategic sales targets.

**What are your tasks ?**
- You take care of the contract process for customers, supporting our sales team and Devoteam consultants.
- You initiate the invoicing process to ensure a smooth transition to the Finance Team
- You keep track of all sales actions you take through our sales tools and keep the Sales Directors informed of everything that happens.
- You stay on top of the latest developments in the market by researching and networking.

Basically, you are the rock of the sales team and also take care of lots of details that contribute to happy customers and sales

**Do you recognize yourself in our ideal profile ?**
- You have a bachelor or master degree in a commercial field, or similar through experience.
- Ideally you already have 1 or 2 years of experience in a sales support function in the IT-sector. We are also open for talented young graduates.
- You have a strong affinity with / interest in the world of IT.
- A first experience in a consultancy or services organization is a strong plus.
- A first experience around contracts and administration is also a strong plus.
- You speak and write Dutch and French fluently, and English is no problem either.
