Chez Canon, l'orientation client est essentielle et, en tant que Spécialiste ICT Service Desk, vous serez la personne de référence pour nos clients professionnels.

  • Vous serez responsable de la résolution des incidents de 2ième ligne via un accès à distance, en utilisant des outils de communication tels que le téléphone ou le courrier électronique.
  • Vous mettrez en œuvre et configurerez à distance des solutions TIC et logicielles pour les systèmes d'impression de nos clients. Comme ces clients sont souvent confrontés à des problèmes plus complexes, vous travaillez beaucoup avec les professionnels de l'informatique de ces clients, moins avec les utilisateurs finaux.
  • Vous êtes responsable de l'ensemble du processus de traitement des incidents et travaillez en étroite collaboration avec le support de 3ième ligne.
  • Vous devez vraiment aimer analyser et résoudre les incidents, car ils peuvent parfois être complexes et vous êtes le lien clé entre nos clients et nos produits et services.
  • Vous éprouvez de la satisfaction à trouver des solutions pour les clients et à reconnaître les opportunités commerciales dans les conversations que vous avez. En fin de compte, notre objectif est d'avoir un client satisfait.

Au sein de notre équipe de service soudée, vous recevrez toute l'attention et les conseils nécessaires pour développer vos talents et démarrer votre carrière professionnelle sur les chapeaux de roue.


  • Enseignement secondaire technique, vers les TIC ou autre formation pertinente
  • De préférence 1 à 2 ans d'expérience professionnelle dans un service desk
  • Connaissance de Microsoft 365 et des outils à distance
  • Une certaine connaissance de l'ITIL ou en possession d'une certification ITIL
  • Des certifications telles que Network+ et Windows Server sont un plus
  • Une excellente maîtrise de la langue néerlandaise & française est requise. La maîtrise de la langue anglaise est un plus.

Une réflexion orientée vers les solutions, des compétences analytiques et la précision sont essentielles pour réussir dans cette fonction. En tant que membre d'une équipe, vous êtes capable de coopérer efficacement, mais vous pouvez également travailler de manière autonome.
